  2. Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes, frequently stirring, so it doesn’t burn.
  3. Remove from heat and steep for 10 additional minutes.
  4. Heat gently, add chocolate, and whisk briskly for 5 minutes over low flame until hot (do not boil) and chocolate is completely melted.
